Two ways to do this
Nice way - get an ocx that can display animated gif files (see lead technology's ocx). Cheaper variant - use MS webbrowser ocx control to display the animated gif
Ditry way - create a series of bmp images. Use a timer to change the visible properties to .t. and .f. in loop to run through images. This is clunky and may not have smooth transitions like the animated gif
Alchemy software has an shareware animated gif construction set on the web that will create many simple animated gif files.
