Hi

I have some ASP/ADO apps that access VFP databases and Fox2.X tables. Things work fine as long as the databases/files are located on the web server. When I move the database to a different server in the same domain, the VFP ODBC driver can no longer access the data and returns errors. I believe this is an issue related to authentication/permissions with the web server. What I have done is to create a domain level user account and assign it as the account used by IIS for anonymous access to this web site. Password synchronization is off. I have shared the folder containing the data on the 2nd server, and given the new user account permissions for the folder. This has not resolved the problem. I'm sure this is a configuration issue, since the ASP pages and ODBC driver have no problem reading the same files if I move them to a folder located on the web server.

TIA for any help
Bill Sabo
