It's easy to do, but not terribly cheap. You need a video splitter box (takes the output from a video card and sends it to multiple monitors; you don't need a second video card to do this, just the external box. One source is AV Marketplace;
www.avmarketplace.com; they actually specialize in things like display projectors.)
A cheaper way out, if you've got a card that'll support it and you don't run at >800x600 resolution, is to use a video card that can output both the standard VGA and NTSC simultaneously; you hook up a TV to the NTSC output. I've done this with cards from ATI (ATI All In Wonder Pro) and Diamond Multimedia (Viper V550 with the NTSC output option.) This is probably the cheapest solution available, assuming that you can live with the limitations of the display mode imposed by TV output. I've seen external boxes that take a VGA input and split it out at resolutions up to 1024x768 in my local CompUSA, but I haven't used any of them, and can't make a concrete recommendation about how well they work.
