On this site, on the other resources on the Internet, you will find a link to a newgroups, if you use "newsgroups" as referring to News server.

If you are talking about listservs than that's another thing. As well, there are 3 in that section. And, after you will have written down those 3 listservs address you can than download the listservs FAQs, again on this site, in the Download Corner.
