It would be nice if I could turn DELETED OFF for just the grids and leave it on for the rest of the program. It could also be because I am too lazy: ever since I've been programming in xBase I've had deleted on, exact on, near off, etc. The potential damage to existing programs, or simply to maintenance work some time from now, when I'll have forgotten the setting, could be more than I'm ready to pay.
