Have you tried it without groupwise (try the exact code on a standalone PC)?

I note the i: before your name - is this correct? Try an address without this.

Have you got OCX license loaded? I've just updated my zip file in the classes section here to include a copy of fox.reg - this will throw up an error if you are using NT without the appropriate license.
