I have an application (in Foxpro Win 2.6) which functions very well at about fifty customers. Only one of my customers does not manage to carry out this program.

It has Pentium with Win95 (4.00.950b). During starting it is a Foxpro window which appears with the Foxpro menus instead of the menus of my application. A window of error appears with like message " path Attention or nonvalid file name " and the buttons " To cancel " and " To be unaware of ". The mouse is not usable any more.

If one selects the button " To cancel ", one second window appears indicating that this program carried out an operation nonin conformity and that it will be stopped. If one selects the button " To be unaware of " one leaves the program.

I know that this information is incomplete but I was not able still to return to me to the customer and I must trust his explanations. If somebody has a track of solution to indicate to me, before I go to the customer, this one would be the welcome.
