That's a pain, having to login, maybe I shouldn't be complaining at all :) We can't even set a mail password, the functionality is disabled. We're supposed to logoff network or use screen saver security here if away from desk. Maybe this is related to the roaming Win profiles we use, so users can access their mail from any machine in the agency, and the mail security is done locally, so can't be used...
Anyway, we get the Profile form when running a MAPI session from vfp (or vb or PB, for that matter) anytime Exchange or Outlook is not already open...
