Everyone has their own Exchange account here, so we have to login to access it, set our own password, etc. We too use NT screen saver for away from desk security. As far as roaming profiles, I should be able to go to any machine around here, login to exchange with my ID and see my mail info. I think there were some problems with that at one time, but I'm assuming they fixed it. One heads up I learned from our Exchange admin here, not good to login to same Exchange account with OL from different machines at same time. And if you do it with OL97 on one machine and OL98 on another at same time, you'll probably hose your account configuration. I know, cause I did while doing some testing. :-))

Okay, I'll avoid that :) Well, I guess from what you say that mail password/logon can be used with roaming. So I don't know why our LAN disabled ours - maybe it caused them trouble when doing LAN support work...I know that screen-saver passwords cause LAN support some headaches sometimes :)
