With MCI I really don't know special ones. The only book I could buy (and loved) was "Hacker's Guide to VFP3 - Tamar Granor, Ted Roche".

CDROM application : We did it once for a company catalog and didn't use anything special other than VFP (as a reminder when completed setup will be netsetup).
