In the REPORT FORM command I specify that the printout should be previewed in a user defined window. It displays just fine but the toolbar is nowhere to be found in the window, so, among other things, I cannot elect to go ahead with the print job...all I can do is cancel it by closing the preview window.

Please do not answer that user defined windows are passe and that I really should be using forms. I'm on a tight budget, updating some old code, so if there is a work around for making the older language constructs work, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
