Oops. I had copied this text from description on new features, but I see its not too accurate. As someone else pointed out, it is ability to use COMPILE command in your runtime applications. You can now compile PRGs, SCXs, VCXs, DBCs, etc. in runtime app (EXE, DLL). There is a new VFP6 SP3 help file called VFPSP3.CHM which details new and enhanced features of SP3. It has lots of info on using new multi-threaded in-proc servers (which we call MTDLL).
