<<< Problem 1. After I select my values and exit the form, and then come back to the form to do some more data entry, cmb boxes B & C are not displaying the values I placed into the combo box anymore. If I go to my offices table, I can see the table is storing the correct information that I selected, but it isn't visible when I get back to the form.

Not sure why. But it sounds like when the form is first activated cbo2 & cbo3 are not displaying the values that are stored in the table. I would probably make all the cbo's call a single custom cboRefresh() method that analyzed each box and populated them appropriately anytime one is changed.


Problem 2. I get an error message that says "record out of range"

This may be assiciated with how you are iterating through the table. Again, I would place all the code for the populating into one method and if any problems occur you can start the debug window in this method each time you make a change to see what is happening....
