creating my first web site. just want some general direction.

1) first, what is the darn terminology: web authoring, internet development, etc.

2) some people use frontpage, others say use nothing but pure html. i am looking for opinions on this issue.

3) what are some good frontpage, html, and general internet development forums, newsgroups, etc?

4) how does foxpro mix with the internet. how can foxpro be used in internet applications?
