The kind of memory Fox is refering to is most likely disk space.

Check the amount of free space on the drive you are creating
your temporary files on. This is established as eithe the
dirve from which you load FoxPro or the one set in your
config.fp(w) file with the SORTWORK = and the like.

Also, you may have a network restriction on the amount of
drive space you are allowed.
