Sorry, it is REGEDIT.EXE, not REGSVR32.exe. :(

To export:
Open the REGEDIT program, select the key(s) you need and go to the Registry menu oprion/Export.

To import:
REGEDIT.EXE MyFile.reg

This will add/update the registry keys with the values from the MyFile.reg file.
