Hi

I have a parent form (votersfile) and a child form (field_detail). I have a command button on my parent that fires my child. This works great.

When I go to do my assignment, I can add one record just fine. However, when I click "add" on my child form to go to the next record and assign another value, as soon as my cursor touches one of the text boxes, FoxPro fills in the text box with the previous value I selected on my first assignment.

Basically, I can't assign more than one record. I want to be able to assign lots of records.

A developer wrote back to me regarding this issue and said I use the code thisform.refresh(), after APPEND BLANK.

I was wondering what method I would place the code into? And, what the code would specifically look like.

Thanks for any additional help

Jason
