I installed VS6 SP3. The final dialog said that the update was installed successfully. However, my VFP build # remains 8167 and I do not see the new MTDLL nor the VFPSP3.CHM file.

I have VFP, VB and VI on my machine. I downloaded the separate installations and installed VB first, then the VFP/VI/VJ++ one. I don't use either VB or VI enough to know whether they got updated. VB shows build 8167 in Help/About. VI shows 8426.

I first had to install MDAC 2.1, after which I was asked to restart my PC. Then I installed the VB setup and again was asked to restart my PC. After the VFP/VI/VJ round, I was not asked to restart (but everything looked "normal" during the update).

This is on NT4 Workstation, SP4. Any ideas?
