Hi Y'all. I've been away for awhile... please accept my apologies if this topic was recently covered.

I need an activeX control or FLL that will let me:
1. Give it the name of an existing JPeg file
2. Give it dimensions of an output image
3. Give it a quality factor for output image
4. Give it the file name and path for the output image
5. Resize the input image and store the output image as a JPeg file with the file name that I specified.

I know there are stand-alone products out there that will do this, such as JASC's Image Robot. But I need something that can be transparently embedded within a database management application.
