Anyone else download the "full" SP3 and when trying to extract the file "vs6sp3_3.exe" it extracts "vs6sp3_5.cab", rather than "vs6sp3_3.cab, then all the following files are also off the correct sequence? Then, of course, the install fails because one of the .cab files are missing.
