In addition to downloading SP3 and recompiling your application with it, you need to update the VFP6 runtime on each station running the application, since there were significant changes in the runtime engine. Since you don't know what exactly is causing the error, and the system is breaking, you have two choices: troubleshoot an environment in detail on the one machine giving you a problem, with the knowledge that other problems which are known to exist in the first release of VFP6 may bite you later everywhere, or take advantage of the fixes in SP3, which address most of the C5 errors that can't be pinned to a specific cause. I'd guess that troubleshooting the one station in detail will be a whole lot more work than getting SP3 and recompiling, and putting the newer, leaner, faster VFP6 runtime in place on all the systems involved.
