It has to components one server component (on your server :-))) and one on the clients. From the client you have the possibility to estabilish a modem connection with the server, query tables, update tables and so on.
Runs over modem or isdn, direct connection between the two pieces of software.
DOS - WINNT, Fox 2.6 - VFP.
It's used by a whole sale music-CD (or video tapes im not quite shure) business as a link between the main fox database and that on the clients (normal video shops).
