Hi Jose,

These suggestions are all great, but may I make another one? I have a similar project that I will be working on shortly. I've thought about using RAS dial-up connections and FTP, but I'm converting an old FPDOS app to do this and it always just dialed the modem all by itself and so I thought it might be easier to have the new VFP app have the same functionality. I've found a relatively easy way to do that (a friend of mine who has done it sent me some sample code). It would entail having an app on both machines (one to handle the calls and one to receive the calls). I haven't done much more than play around with the sample that he gave me, but it seems like it'll work just fine. If you'd like, I can email it to you.

Let me know,
Bonnie
