Me too. In addition to what Josh has said, tracing the application is a real nightmare with one big procedural file, having to jump from one part of the file to another part.

Also:
- You can't put two ore more functions side by side
- Can't search in one function only
- Search and replace are much more dangerous
- Harder to read
- If you need only one function in another project, you need to include the whole file

Need I say more? :)
