I have two tables: Departments and Projects.

ProjectEditForm contains a combobox that allows selection of a department. The valid clause copies the department manager's name into the Project (not 3rd Normal Form, but there's a reason).

I want the manager's name in projects to be updated whenever it is changed in the Department table.

What is the recommended method for doing this within the confines of the Mere Mortals framework?
