Jeff,

I don't think that this is a bug (or that it's confined strictly to SP3). If form were to remain modal upon setting .Visible to .F., the underlying code (what called the form) wouldn't execute. I don't think this is the desired behavior. Now I can't check VFP 5.0 or 6.0 prior to SP3, so I can't say for sure.
