We encountered similar problems after installing pack 4 onto a NT4 machine installed with Frontpage 98 (We use IIS4).
We had lost scripting options in Frontpage and ASP were strange.

In fact we reinstalled FP98 after the Option Pack and everything is going fine. It seems that NT Service packs alter Frontpage 98 files, even if they are newer.
