I believe that I have documented a rather annoying bug in Visual FoxPro. If anybody can confirm my observations and hopefully provide a better workaround I would appreciate it.
This bug all but makes those nicely-touted remote parameterized "views" practically worthless for development purposes.
Here are my observations:

(I am using a copy of PERSONAL ORACLE 7.1 and Professional Visual FoxPro 3.0b under Windows 3.11.)

Consider the following parameterized remote view:
"SELECT * FROM MyTable WHERE PrimKey = ?variable"
