I think i understand what you are doing... you are putting the manager in the parent and the child file? You should probably have the Projects Table BizObj take care of making this change, since it controls that file... The Departments bizobj should check to see if manager was changed, and if it was tell the Projects table what DepartmentID has a manager change, and what the new manager name is.
