Adobe Acrobat is good for this. It creates fairly compact files that include text and graphics. Because it doesn't make your whole report into a graphic image the report will print just as well on someone else's printer as it would if you printed it directly. The Acrobat writer costs about $300, I think. The reader is free. Because Acrobat is so popular a lot of people will already have the reader. Also, it works with any application, not just VFP.
