What about making your own toolbar, or adding a button to the report toolbar which calls REPORT FORM MyReport TO PRINTER PROMPT where you can choose the pages, or make page number boxes on the toolbar and use the RANGE? (I've never tied it, but will need to do this when I upgrade my 2.6 stuff. My users often need only a couple of pages.)
