If you have FP2.x all details are in FP2.x foxhelp.dbf. _pepage and _pbpage are now replaced with "RANGE" clause of report. _plenght is directly set in report designer page setup etc. They wouldn't work unless you use a Generic\text only printer. As help says "use report designer instead".
