You didn't include the CONFIG.FPW with SCREE = OFF in your project and don't have a CONFIG.FPW in the same directory as the executable. The least effort is to burn the CONFIG.FPW into the .EXE; unfortunately, that also gives the least flexibility in terms of directing where temp files are created on each system. Since you don't have one now, the temp files are being created in the same directoru as the executable lives in anyway, so burning the CONFIG.FPW into your executable shouldn't hurt.
