I'm in the pro-Canada crowd. Toronto or Montreal would be nice and, I think, fit the criteria. I wouldn't say no to Vacouver though. Either than that, why not New Orleans, Memphis, or St Louis. All major hubs, all centrally located insofar as North America is concerned.
