Can you please tell me what J&M's policy is on time changes (due to circumstances beyond our control)?

We just found out that they canceled the flight we were on and now Mark B. and I aren't arriving until 7:38.... So maybe we can change our shuttle from 5:15 to 7:45?? We are on American Airlines #1899 from Dallas. If that doesn't work for you, we can just go back to 'Plan A' and share a cab.... Don't feel obligated.....

Michael L. changed his flight and he is now arriving at 11:11 AM.
