That really depends on your application. If designed and coded correctly, it MAY get to that many users, but real experience shows it's far less.

Access 2000 ships with an updated Jet engine that is supposed to have some performance enhancements, but I haven't used it. Microsoft is pushing to use MSDE with new Access development. I suspect we'll see them recommend Jet for existing applications.
