Can i have a control on the form to let my user have a option to print new page for every new group? and i only need to do only one report ?

i know i can control this form data grouping, but user won't know how to use this and it is troublesome also for the user to change the properties.

Can i have only one report design and control the data grouping properties? like new header for every new group, new page for new group..etc?
