Bruce,
On Win95 my VFP stability is much worse while using the class browser, I was getting a couple of unexplained crashes a day since I installed SP3, yesterday I spent the whole day without a single crash I also never once launched the CB.
>>I've seen something similiar. It occurred for me when I had an app that had an image and a container added to _screen, so I could have a nice background and buttons in the main VFP window. When I removed the items explicitly instead of waiting for CLEAR ALL to do it it solved the problem.

But since this never occurred previously, it had me scratching my head...And the oddest thing is that it's usually when I open vfp6 that I get the crash, not while in the session, so something bad is residing in memory that vfp6 itself clashes with...

>In theory, I guess there should be no reason to have a CLEAR ALL in your application, though most of us use it, I think...but it'll have to go if it's going to cause problems.

>Anyway, I think I'll visit David F's site and try out that dangling reference software I've seen mentioned...
