>Hello, I am a 1 year veteran of software development and would like to hear about anyone's experience trying to get a "decent" job in the field. I am familiar with ADO,ASP,COM,HTML,DHTML,VBSCRIPT and VB. I have authored several COM components and written a couple of minor apps. in VB. I have yet to take any of my certification tests but hope to pass most for my MCSD this fall. What can i realisticaly expect from an employer with one, some or all of my certs.? any info would be appreciated.
