There is a link on the UT Main page (where you login) that says:

Each request for an upload of your picture should be sent to picture@levelextreme.com.

With your email, tell us your first name, last name and company name. If we do not have this information, it is difficult for us to know to which account to assign the picture. Some people are only sending us an email with a picture attached. The email retrieved is not necessary from the same email account the user is using on the Universal Thread so we have no way of knowing to which account to assign the picture. Requests with missing information will not be processed.

The picture format needs to be in JPG. The number of pixels is 44 in width and 53 in height. Those dimensions include a black border. Such request having a picture which is not in the JPG format, where the dimensions are not respected or where the border is not present will not be processed.
