We have met a problem in one customer where our application halts into the error message "File ffix4_50.prg not found". The message itself is slightly missleading, because in the reality the file is our database recoving library 'ffix4_50.fll', but that's not important in this case. So, do you have any explanations, why the clause 'SET LIBRARY TO FFIX4_50 ADDITIVE' with correct path definitions etc. doesn't work in one specific environment (HP workstations, Win95, some WAN network)?

Because we are already made over 150 installations without problems, it would be easiest solution for us to claim that there is something strange in workstations (especially because the customer succeeded quite well with the software when he used an older device), but I think it's not a suitable way to approach the situation...

Any ideas what to try next?
