I posted an answer to you yesterday, but it got lost somewhere... Why is the setting in INI not filling your need? In my case I am doing with cId C(6), so the INI line reads:

[Numerators]
def_numerators=ON
interbase=ID,SMALLINT,4,,%sID
oracle=ID,INTEGER,,,%sID
sql_server=ID,INT,,,%sID
jet=CID,Integer,,,c%sID
vfp=CID,C,6,,c%sID
