George is correct. It does have to do with the printer drivers. I don't know if SP3 has solved the problem or not. Our solution was to set up a second printer driver on the network using the HP Laserjet 4000N PCL 5e drivers. And use this for prifor printing VFP6.0 reports. Since doing this haven't had any problems. If I switch to HP Laserjet 4000N 6 drivers using the same report I get the errors you descibed. This is especially true of very complicated reports.
