In my opinion, I would try to get the app onto SP3 as soon as possible. The first release was so unstable that my accounting app which is super complex crashed all over the place. It ran fine in 5.0! But in 6.0 it would C..5, get Internal Consistency Errors and all I did was recompile everything and run the app. Look at what I explained to Craig about the placement of my run time files for my apps. The safest bet is to place the run time in the folder of the app itself. I also am able to do timing tests against the first release of 6.0 and SP3 just by installing to different builds of the app into two different folders.

I use WISE Installer to install my apps from a single executable file that holds the run times in it as well.
