The redirect process we use works, but I'm always looking for a faster way. (There are 30 to 40 drawings in a side file that are set to be "released" into a final destination folder, but before that happens, I have to look in every folder of every engineer to be sure that there aren't any other copies of the drawing floating about. I also have to check the "release" directory, which is where the drawing is ultimately headed, and make sure it hasn't been previously released. This "release" directory is split across two hard drives, and contains close to 9 gig worth of files to look thru, all in about 500 folders and subfolders.) It's a real joy, for sure!
