I have created a form at run time. It places a label object on the screen for each item in the database. At a certain number of records I would lose my scroll bars. Then I found out that it really didn't matter how many records there were it seemed to be keyed on the height of the screen (once all the labels were put on it). It is almost as if there is a max on the form and then it says...'Nope...not gonna do it!'.

Is this a bug?
