I did the deleting, and created a new connection [same name] but this didn't solve the problem. I didn't think of the cleanup or COMPILE DATABASE approach. Because this was a new project with only one item in the DBC (a remote view), I just trashed the whole thing and started over. The cleanup/compile might have worked on it's own. Good idea, hope we catch Tim in time for this approach.

>Deleting the connection from the DBC, doing a cleanup on the DBC, then creating a new connection [same name] did not help? What about remembering to COMPILE DATABASE MYDB to account for the new release as well?

>>If you have a lot of stuff in your DBC, I know this sounds like a terrible answer, but at the moment, it's all I've got and it's not even guaranteed.

>>There may be a shorter route, but what I saw indicatewd that there was a problem in the DBC itself. Good luck. Let us know what you try, and how it goes.
