>Is there a way to get the Adapter address and IP address for the Network card from your machine? Or at least does someone know the location in the registry where this info is written? I need to get this info for one of my routines. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

i found an easy way to get the information - dump the output of the command IPCONFIG /ALL to a text file. The MAC address for the Ethernet adapter is found on lines containing the text Physical Address; the IP address on lines containing IP Address. There will be a real or virtual NIC for each adapter bound to an IP address; including any DUN or VPN adapters.
