The Setup Wizard created install for VFP6 SP3 works across all the Win9x/WinNT 4 platforms. the only things to be aware of on a cross-platform basis:

WinNT - The Setup Wizard expects to be run by an Administrator equivalent
WinNT - The system needs SP3 or later installed
Win95 - You need to have at least Win95a (SR1) or OSR2.
Win95 - Installation of DCOM95 is strongly recommended
