The problem is that an agent has multiple customers and a customer has multiple policies. If 1 agent has 3 customers with 10 policies, my query has 10 records. Any count I do would be based on the 10 policies or records not on 3 customers. The only options I have seen can reset the count but not actually count the number of customers.
